With two living rooms, 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms there is room for everyone - Including your four-legged friends as we are pup friendly! Our home features a primary suite with en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a King bed and a large sofa which converts into a third bed. Step outside and become immersed in the expansive backyard oasis. The yard features a large in-ground pool, covered patio seating area, large outdoor dining table and two large grass lawns. Not to mention the enchanting mature trees and vegetation. No time to relax? Hit the historic downtown and explore the many shops and restaurants Fredericksburg has to offer. Centered in the heart of Texas Hill Country, there is ample vibrant history and culture to discover. Requirements: In compliance with local regulations, all booking guests must be 25 years of age or older. Our home is strictly for use by those on the reservation only » Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. Evidence of smoking, smell or guests found smoking on the premises, or will be subject to a $500 smoking fee. » Maximum occupancy is 6 » There is one security camera over the front door and another over the rear parking area recording audio & Video for security purposes only. » Inflatable pool toys are for staging only and not provided per insurance restrictions » We have regular pool service on Thursdays and yard work every other Wednesday.
